Terms & Conditions

 

7 Night Hotel Accommodation Voucher

  1. The booking request form shall entitle the CLUB SARSO customer for seven night's hotel accommodation at hotels mentioned for two adults and two children under the age of 8 years sharing the same room without extra bed. In addition to the hotel accommodation the customer will also get free meal worth Rs 1000/-(One Thousand only) as per the menu card of hotel during Domestic stay and while availingthe hotel accommodation at International destinations the customer will get free breakfast only.
  2. All expenses other than mentioned above including but not restricted to following will be borne by the end user: Travel, Transportation, Conveyance, additional Food, Incidentals, Applicable Taxes, Additional Accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotels that may be availed by customer d uri ngtheir stay.
  3. To Redeem "Happy Holidays", The Eligible customer would be required to send following documents through courier or Registered Post to
    REDEMPTION CELL- CLUB SARSO, SCO 705, Second Floor, Chandigarh-Kalka Highway NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T.,INDIA Pin 160101. Ph No. +.919216656814.
    Documents Required-
    • Duly filled Booking Request Form in original.
    • Photo Identity proof ofthe traveler (e.g. Copy of Drivers license etc)
    • Photocopy of proof of Registration with SARSO or payment receipt.
    • Demand Draft of Rs 649/-(Six hundred forty nine only) in favour of"Innovative Holiday Solutions Pvt. Ltd." payable at Chandigarh.
  4. Request to avail Holiday must reach us on or before 30th September 2017 and hotel stay must be availed on or before 31st October 2017.
  5. A minimum 21 days notice before the first preferred date of travel is required, from the date of receipt of the booking request by "IHSPL". In the event of non availability of room at the listed hotel, accommodation shall be provided in hotel of similar standard.
  6. Request for reservation in exclusion period as mentioned below will not be entertained.
    • Hill Stations and Pilgrims: 1st May to 30th June and 20th Dec to 5th Jan.
    • Deserts, Beaches, National Parks and International Destinations - 1st Dec to 20th Jan.
  7. Hotel booking for all the destinations may be restricted for 2 days prior to & 2 days afterwards of National Holidays and festivals such as Diwali, Dusshera, Holi, Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October), 15thAugust and 26th January.
  8. In the reservation form it is mandatory to give 2 preferred alternative locations (hereinafter referred to as 'L') and 2 different preferred dates (here in after referred to as 'D') with a minimum gap of 7 days between each date option. Reservation requests not meeting this criteria shall be rejected. "IHSPL" will use reasonable endeavor to make the bookings in any available combination and / or sequence (L1-D1 and L2-D-2,) from the chosen dates and or locations. In the unlikely/rare event of none of the combination/sequence at the absolute discretion of "IHSPL", the customer will get alternative combination ( with due consultation with customer )which may be before or after the preferred dates opted by you. Such an alternative offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you.
  9. If your booking is within the period of 15-20 days then your booking will be confirmed within 7 days of receipt of your voucher & you will he intimated about the destination hooked & if the booking is for later period then you will receive the confirmation 7 days prior to the check in date via sms & c mail both and you will be provided the hotel name 3 days prior to the check in date.
  10. An incomplete 'Reservation Form' received without required supporting documents or Reservation Form received by e-mail, fax or phone shall be liable to rejection and can notbe re-processed.
  11. The "Claim / Booking Request form" cannot be sold, redeemed for cash, gifted or transferred. There is no cash alternative for this offer. All reservation are strictly subject to promotional availability.
  12. Each "Claim / Booking Request form" shall be treated and processed as individual request and the same cannot be clubbed together in any manner. In the event of non availability of room at the listed hotel, accommodation shall be provided in hotel of similar standard.
  13. "IHSPL" reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Booking Request Form if submitted by persons other than customer of CLUB SARSO.
  14. No cancellation or amendment is possible after confirmation of booking. In the event of customer not availing the confirmed accommodation no replacement or alternate reservation shall be offered. The use of the confirmation letter is subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s). The use of the confirmation letter by the customer shall be deemed as an acceptance to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s).
  15. Any disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of this offer shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by "SARSO BIZNET International Pvt. Ltd." and "Innovative Holiday Solutions Pvt Ltd" The Place of arbitration shall be Chandigarh and the language used in the arbitral proceedings shall he English. The Courts at Chandigarh shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to this offer.
  16. The provision of the holiday package is subjected to Force Majeure conditions.
  17. IHSPL is solely responsible for scheme coordination and gives quality services and recognition to CLUB SARSO customers according to terms and conditions mentioned above. 4 Night Transferable Hotel Accommodation Voucher

  1. The booking request form shall entitle the CLUB SARSO customer for Four Nights Hotel Accommodation at hotels mentioned for two adults and two children under the age of 8 years sharing the same room without extra bed. In addition to the hotel accommodation the customer will also get free meal worth Rs 1000/-(One Thousand only) as per the menu card of hotel during Domestic stay and while availing the hotel accommodation at International destinations the customer will get free breakfast only.

Force Majeure
It is expressly understood by both the parties hereto that any act of God or force majeure, that includes, but is not limited to, natural disaster, war, technical failures and operation of Law / Government Policies that may prevent the due performance of any of the obligations under this Agreement, or under any Terms / Conditions / Subsidiary Agreement that may form an integral part of this Agreement, will not be construed as failure to perform the contract by either of the parties hereto. However, it is clarified that the party, so affected will take all reasonable steps towards normal performance of obligations under this Agreement, as soon as possible. No party will be held responsible for any loss caused to the other party, in these circumstances.

Jurisdiction & Disputes Resolution Mechanism
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Union of India and shall be subject to Amritsar Jurisdiction.

  1. Any dispute between the Customer and the company, arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, directly or indirectly, shall first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties. In the event of the dispute not being settled amicably between the parties, the same shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the company under the Provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue shall exclusively be at Amritsar only. Any Director of SARSO BIZNET INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD can be appointed as an Arbitrator.
  2. The privileged customer and the company have mutually opted and submitted themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts exclusively in Amritsar, India only alone in relation to any dispute between the parties arising out of or in relation to this Agreement. Causes of action between the parties hereto of any type, whether based on this Agreement, on fraud or any other tort, or grounded in principles of strict liability or statutes of any kind, shall be heard exclusively in a competent court in the jurisdiction of Amritsar only. Each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction exclusively of competent courts in Amritsar only and expressly waives the rights to bring any suit or action in any other court.
  3. In the case of multiple claims or disputes that may involve the company and more than one user for the cause of action relating to all such parties, such parties hereby consent and submit to a single, consolidated arbitration proceeding. Any award made under such arbitration will be final and binding on both the parties hereto.

Privacy Statement

  1. Privileged customer hereby agrees that in the course of use of the Product and Services derived under this Agreement the company is entitled to provide a Login ID, Password and other relevant personal information to satisfy itself as to the veracity of the person accessing the online course/services.
  2. Privileged customer understands that the company and its chosen service partners may use Login ID of the privileged customer to operate or help to operate sites and services for the purposes of the user or company, and to inform privileged customer of any new Features / Services / Products from the company or its affiliates, including products and services that may be related to the Product and Services contemplated under this Agreement, but are not necessary to its operation.
  3. The company may disclose such Login Ids / Passwords or any other reference code / number pertaining to any user or any information provided by any user, if required to do so by any law enforcing authorities or by courts or in public interest or in good faith when the company believes that such action is necessary to conform to the requirements of law or to comply with any legal process or in reply to any notice served upon the company or to protect and defend any rights of the company with respect to the Products / Services contemplated under this Agreement or to protect the safety of the users / the company / the public in extraordinary circumstances or in such circumstances as deemed fit by the company to protect the interest of the company in general.

General

  1. Legal’s mean the Agreement (Terms and Conditions) of SARSO BIZNET INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. available at www.sarsobiz.net.
  2. The Company reserves the right to add/amend/delete/modify/change any or all the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement under which the Product / Services of the company are being offered.
  3. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties on the subject matter thereof. However, the privileged customer understands that any commitment, terms and conditions, as displayed on the website of the company, will be treated as an integral part of this Agreement, which would be binding on both parties. No additional promises, representation, guarantees or Agreements of any kind, shall have any validity concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, unless the same is in writing and is agreed upon and signed by an authorized representative of the company in hard copy form.
  4. Privileged Customer agrees that the latest version of this Agreement, available on the company's website, without any modification whatsoever, will be the operative version of this Agreement, and any modification of this version of the Agreement by any privileged customer with malafide intent will invite immediate unilateral termination of this Agreement by the company and such user shall be liable to be prosecuted under the relevant provision of the law in force. The operative intent of this clause will extend to all terms, conditions and notices, which are ancillary/ incidental to this Agreement, including any such Terms and Conditions which may be contained in the company's web-site or in any other web-site / web page which is also operated by the company or its affiliate, including any such sites or pages which can be accessed by links contained in the web-site of the company.

 

If there is any conflict between this user Agreement and other documents, this user Agreement shall govern, whether such other documents is being made / created prior to or subsequent to this user Agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any Director, Officer, Employee, Representative or Purchaser of SARSO BIZNET INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd.
The final terms and conditions are mentioned on the Hotel Accommodation Voucher. The customers are requested to follow the same.
